Jungle releases “Candle Flame”

By Alana Brown-Davis

British electronic duo Jungle released their second single “Candle Flame” off of their upcoming album “Volcano”  slated to be released sometime in August. The infectious dance track features Erik the Architect from the NYC underground trio Flatbush Zombies, who brings a zestful delivery that showcases his vivid, fluid lyricism, a performance suitable for the Brit duo that loves to form bridges between genres. “Candle Flame” is just another song added to Jungle’s catalog that exemplifies the duo’s knack for making enjoyable electronic joints that utilize an amalgam of sounds to create a delightful two-minute feel good single. Accompanied by an addictive music video featuring a buoyant ensemble of black and gray clad dancers, a staple in many of Jungle’s videos, “Candle Flame” makes listeners eager to see what the summer beholds as Jungle continues to build a climax before dropping their fourth album later this summer.
